WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In – store pickup:

In-store and curbside pickup is available for all purchases.

Pickup Timings:
Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

SHIPPING FEES

Free shipping is available within Pune city limits.
For deliveries outside Pune, shipping charges will be calculated based on your location, and our Neptune Planters team will contact you to confirm the delivery details and applicable charges before dispatch.

Standard Shipping
Delivery Time: 8 – 10 business days

All delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are given in good faith. Actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
